SOUTH CAROLNA FIELD CAST LEAD BUTTON THIS BUTTON WAS FOUND BY ME IN A 1861-62 CAMP SLIGHTLY NORTH OF WILMINGTON NC JAN 2012 THIS ONE WAS PROBABLY MADE FROM A BUTTON MOLD I SEE MOLD SEAMS ON THE BACK NO EVIDENCE OF A HOOK, A SOLDIER CARVED THE EDGE AND PROBABLY DROPPED IT COULD BE A POKER CHIP GREAT DETAIL FOR A LEAD BUTTON
